The Square All-Day-Dining is bringing you a fresh, more exciting weekly themed buffet dinner feast, Chef’s Kitchenwith a selection of more than 40 delectable favourites with an emphasis of mostly grilled & barbequed meat & seafood.
Comprising of local and international specials, Chef’s Kitchen Buffet Dinner is available at RM59 nett per person with unlimited servings of appetizers, soups, main courses, rice and noodle dishes as well as desserts. Each dish is meticulously prepared by Chef Ricky Teoh and his outstanding culinary team.
Guest get to watch their food prepared live by our talented chefs in the open-kitchens & counters. Highlights from the menu include cajun local mackerel, Tandoori chicken wings, black pepper beef, lamb in herb spices, bratwurst sausage in jalapeno honey glaze, marinated squid turmeric, prawns skewer and chicken and beef satay with condiments. These are all from the ’ Terrace Barbeque’ station at our al-fresco. For those on a healthy diet can opt to feast at the ‘Healthy Corner’ with a selection of fresh greens and healthy sauces. There is also a pasta action counter, a noodle station, a Chinese action station, a soup station, a hot corner and a dessert station. Only the freshest ingredients and the most authentic local spices are used for your every meal.
